Order Request Auto-Reply & Sales Handoff

What it does

Converts “I want to buy / can I order?” messages into trackable sales tasks. The flow replies instantly and creates a board card with the message context.

Build steps

1. Accounts: Select where the flow will run.
2. Condition: If: Message • Status: Contains value • Values (examples): order, place order, buy, purchase, I want to buy.
3. Working Hours: 00:00–23:59 (always on).
4. Yes → Reply (confirmation) → Board Task (handoff) → Finish.
5. No → Finish.

Board task template

• Title: New order intent – {{name}} ({{platform}})
• Description: include original message {{message_text}}, profile link, and timestamp.
• Priority: Medium (adjust as needed).
• Category: Automation.
