Auto-Delete Negative Social Media Comments

What this template does

This automation continuously listens to new comments on your connected accounts and deletes the ones that match the keywords you define. Use it to protect your brand’s reputation and keep conversations clean.

How it works (flow)

1. Accounts → Select the social profiles to monitor.
2. Condition → If comment contains any of the listed keywords (case-insensitive), during the selected working hours → Yes.
3. Action → Delete the comment.
4. Else → Finish (no action).

Setup

1. Pick the accounts you want to protect.
2. Enter your keyword list (comma-separated). Start focused; expand over time.
3. Optionally limit the working hours (e.g., 00:00–23:59 for always-on).
4. Save and activate the workflow.

Suggested keywords (examples)

• berbat, iğrenç, çok kötü, rezalet, hiç beğenmedim
• hakaret içeren kısa varyasyonları ekleyin (your local language)

Tip: Use short, unambiguous words. Review matches regularly to avoid false positives.

Notes & limitations

• Deletion availability depends on each platform’s API and your page/profile permissions. If a network doesn’t allow deletion via API, the step is skipped.
