What it does

When someone asks for information outside your business hours, the flow sends a short automatic reply that confirms receipt and states your hours.

Build steps

  1. Accounts: Pick the pages/profiles to apply.
  2. Condition: If: Message • Status: Contains value • Values: “bilgi alabilir miyim?”, “bilgi”, “detay”, “info”, “information”, “details”.
  3. Working Hours: To trigger at night, set the condition’s working-hours window to 17:00–08:00 (so the “Yes” path means after-hours). Alternative: Set it to 08:00–17:00 and use the “No” path for after-hours.
  4. Connect YesReply (after-hours message) → Finish. Connect the other path directly to Finish.
  5. (Optional) Add a Board Task on the after-hours branch to ensure follow-up next business day.
