テンプレートの概要
When to use it? Use it to automatically sort patient requests arriving in the direct message inbox of healthcare businesses such as dental clinics, aesthetic centers, physiotherapy and private polyclinics. How does the flow work? - Urgency check: If the message contains expressions such as pain, bleeding, swelling, urgent or today, or shows urgent intent, a short "please call us" reply is sent and an urgent priority task is opened for reception. - Price and installments: If the message asks about fees, prices, installments or insurance, a standard information reply is sent. - Appointment request: For messages containing an appointment, examination or date-time information, a confirmation reply is sent, a short wait is applied, and an appointment request task is opened for reception. - General questions: For all other messages, an AI reply is given and the flow ends. What to do after copying 1. Connect the Instagram, Facebook or similar account that will receive messages. 2. Select an AI assistant for general questions and introduce your clinic's information to the assistant. 3. Select the task board and column where the tasks will be placed. 4. Edit the price and additional information in the standard replies according to your own clinic. Important note Due to patient privacy, replies do not include medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Such questions are forwarded as tasks to the reception or physician team.
